By using Shop and Tags ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. We may update these terms from time to time, and continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Shop and Tags is a shopping companion application that helps you capture, organize, and plan your shopping. The Service includes:

- Receipt recording and OCR scanning
- Group sharing features
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating an account. One person may not maintain multiple accounts.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use Shop and Tags for its intended purpose of personal shopping management. You may not:
- Scrape data or abuse API integrations
- Interfere with other users' experience
- Use the service for commercial reselling purposes
- Attempt to reverse engineer the service
5. Your Data and Content
You retain ownership of all content you create in Shop and Tags, including items, trips, and receipts. We do not claim ownership of your data.
You grant us a limited license to store and process your data solely to provide the Service. We will never sell your data to third parties.
6. Price Information Disclaimer
Price data displayed in Shop and Tags comes from third-party sources and your own receipt history. We do not guarantee the accuracy of prices shown.
Actual prices at stores may differ from estimates displayed in the app. Always verify prices at the point of purchase.
7. Service Availability
We strive to keep Shop and Tags available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability.
8. Limitation of Liability
Shop and Tags is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the Service, including but not limited to inaccurate price estimates or data loss.
9. Termination
You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
